Our approach to sustainability stems from our integration with CSM TUBE and the entire CSM GROUP.

We follow shared guidelines, transparent objectives, and coordinated strategies to reduce environmental impact, enhance people’s value, and ensure long-term continuity.

Environmental Responsibility

Our operations take place within a production system that is constantly working to reduce its environmental footprint through targeted energy efficiency measures and carbon footprint reduction.
These include the installation of a new 600 kWp photovoltaic plant (13% of electricity self-generated in 2024), the reuse of packaging materials (49%), a new high-efficiency cooling system with heat recovery for heating purposes, as well as the promotion of carpooling among employees.

Safety

The health and safety of our workers are central to our corporate culture. In line with the policies of CSM TUBE, we ensure safe working environments through concrete prevention and protection measures.
At our facilities, we have implemented a man–forklift anti-collision system, installed defibrillators at strategic locations, and adopted strict injury monitoring procedures.
We foster a culture of safety through training and awareness initiatives, encouraging responsible behaviour.
Data protection is also a key focus: we invest in cybersecurity to defend our systems against external threats and ensure the integrity of both company information and stakeholder data.

Every day, we strive to build a collaborative, inclusive, and professionally stimulating environment where every team member can grow and contribute to the shared vision.
We support ongoing training programmes to enhance both technical and managerial skills; offer career development opportunities in Italy and abroad, recognising individual talent; and promote team-building and welfare initiatives to foster strong relationships and a climate of trust.

Social Policies and Local Initiatives

We uphold the legacy of our founder, Giorgio Trolese, who strongly believed in the social value of business.
As part of the CSM GROUP, CSM TRANSFORMING supports numerous local sports initiatives, particularly those for young people, and actively participates in charitable projects in collaboration with organisations such as LILT and other health-focused institutions.
For us, doing business also means creating value for the community.
