Our approach to sustainability stems from the integration with CSM TUBE and the entire CSM GROUP.

We follow shared guidelines, transparent objectives, and coordinated strategies to reduce environmental impact, empower people, and ensure long-term continuity.

Environmental Responsibility

Our processes are part of a production system that constantly reduces environmental impact through targeted energy efficiency improvements and carbon footprint reduction measures.
These include a new 600 kWp photovoltaic system (covering 13% of energy needs in 2024), 49% packaging reuse, a high-efficiency cooling system with heat recovery for heating, and promotion of employee carpooling.

Safety

The health and safety of our workers are at the heart of our corporate culture.
In line with CSM TUBE’s policies, we guarantee safe working environments through concrete prevention and protection measures.
We’ve implemented a man–forklift anti-collision system, installed defibrillators in strategic areas, and adopted rigorous injury monitoring procedures.
We promote a safety culture through training and awareness initiatives, encouraging responsible behavior. Data protection is also a key focus: we invest in cybersecurity to protect our systems from external threats and ensure the integrity of company and stakeholder information.

Social Responsibility and Local Initiatives

We carry forward the legacy of our founder, Giorgio Trolese, who always believed in the social value of business.
As part of the CSM GROUP, CSM TRANSFORMING supports numerous local sports initiatives—especially those dedicated to young people—and actively participates in charitable projects in partnership with organizations such as LILT and other associations committed to health advocacy. For us, doing business also means creating value for the community.
