CSM’s laser or TIG-welded tubes meet market demands for specific industrial applications in sectors such as electric heating elements, heat exchangers, energy, and more.
All our production technologies are developed in-house by CSM MACHINERY, a CSM GROUP company specializing in manufacturing equipment for producing heating elements and stainless steel tubes.
We provide raw tubes for applications requiring enhanced strength and hardness, as well as annealed tubes, ideal for applications requiring improved malleability and ease of processing. Heat treatment is performed using an in-line induction furnace operating at 1,050°C in a protective atmosphere, exceeding the recrystallization temperature.
We manufacture stainless steel tubes in standard-length straight segments or as coiled tubes, wound into spools up to 2,000 meters long, and tested to withstand pressures up to 70 bar.
Depending on customer requirements, we offer a range of alloys, including austenitic, ferritic, and high-nickel refractory alloys.

in compliance with EN 10217-7 and ISO 1127, D4, T3 and ASTM standard.
